RETURNS and REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is our desire. I am so certain that you will be satisfied with my products, that you may return the unused portion of any item for a full refund. However, we do not refund original shipping costs or reimburse for the return shipping costs. Please note the following:
- Each individual product may be returned only once.
- Use a traceable and/or insured shipping method since we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
- Please be sure to include your email address.

Please allow up to 30 business days after receipt of the product to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Shipping to and from Chris Christo Skin Care at the customer’s expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type, and location.
